Tsingtao CAS Guosheng Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CASGS") was established in October 2017. It was jointly founded by the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chenfa Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company is located in the core area of Guzhenkou, West Coast New Area, Qingdao.

CASGS focuses on the research, development, and industrialization of 20‑50 MW class light‑duty gas turbines. The TG30 series has achieved 100% independent and localized mass production. As core equipment for distributed power generation and mechanical drive applications, these turbines are widely used in industries such as power generation, oil & gas, metallurgy, and chemical processing.

The company's business scope covers the sales of gas turbine packages and energy power systems, MRO services, as well as spare parts supply, technical services and training. It also includes engineering management for gas turbine power plants, EPC turnkey contracting, and energy performance contracting, providing diversified and integrated solutions.

CASGS Gas Turbine Industrial Park features a 20 000 m² manufacturing facility, with an annual production capacity of 20 TG30 gas turbine units. The facility is equipped with an internationally advanced full‑package test platform, enabling full‑lifecycle operation monitoring and remote intelligent diagnostics.
